This website is operated by Zafriya Systems Ltd, at Paris Street 2, Industrial Zone, Sderot, Israel. For privacy questions or requests, please contact us at zf@zfsystem.com. This policy covers personal information collected through this website.

Providing information is voluntary

You are not legally required to provide personal information through the contact form, and providing it depends on your free choice. If you do not provide your full name, a valid email address, a subject and a message, we will not be able to review or respond to the enquiry. Company name and phone number are optional.

What we collect, and why

When you submit the contact form, we receive the full name, company name, email address, phone number, subject and message that you choose to provide. We use this information to review and respond to the enquiry, communicate with you, assess a possible business relationship, keep a record of the correspondence, protect the website and form from abuse, and meet legal requirements or establish and defend legal claims.

For abuse prevention, the server uses the connection IP address in a temporary in-memory counter that expires after up to ten minutes. A shortened one-way hash of the address may appear in technical service logs when a submission is blocked, sent or fails. The enquiry contents are not written to those application logs.

Use of the information

We do not sell personal information. We do not use contact-form information for newsletters, advertising or other marketing unless you give separate consent. A reply and reasonable follow-up about the enquiry you initiated are part of handling that enquiry.

Who else handles your information

Vercel hosts and secures the website, and Resend delivers contact-form messages to the company's email account. The company's email provider and professional advisers may also receive information where this is necessary to handle the enquiry, operate the business, comply with law, or establish and defend legal claims. They receive information only for those purposes.

Processing outside Israel

Vercel, Resend and their infrastructure providers may process or store information outside Israel in countries where they operate. Any such transfer is subject to the providers' contractual terms and must be carried out in accordance with the Israeli rules that apply to transfers of personal information outside Israel.

How long we keep it

Enquiry correspondence is kept only for as long as it is reasonably needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting business relationship, meet legal or accounting requirements, or establish and defend legal claims. It is deleted or anonymised when it is no longer needed for those purposes. The temporary rate-limit counter expires after up to ten minutes; infrastructure logs are retained according to the relevant provider's retention settings.

Cookies and analytics

The website does not currently use advertising or analytics cookies, and Google Analytics is not currently active. If this changes, this policy will be updated and any consent required by law will be obtained before non-essential tracking is enabled.

Information security

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, including encrypted transmission, server-side validation, input sanitisation, access restrictions and abuse controls. No internet service can promise absolute security.

Your rights

Subject to Israeli law, you may ask to inspect personal information about you held in a database and ask for information that is incorrect, incomplete, unclear or outdated to be corrected or deleted. You may also ask us to consider deleting information that is no longer needed. To submit a request, please contact us at zf@zfsystem.com. We may ask for reasonable information to verify your identity before responding.

Children

This is a business-to-business website and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly request personal information from children through the contact form.

Changes

We may update this policy when the website, our practices or the law changes. The current version and its effective date will always be published on this page.
